I remember doing promotions when I was younger, whether it was labels off cans, or other type of fundraiser stuff. Now General Mills has put together a great system to reward schools with their Box Tops for Education. Lately I have been collecting these to give to my sons school since nearly everything I buy seems to be from General Mills!
The SuperValu family of stores (ACME, Albertsons, Cub, Farm Fresh and Jewel-Osco) joined Box Tops for Education in creating a website that not only tracks your Box Tops contribution and the school’s redemption, but also offers recipes, coupons, store promotions and more.
Through May 31st the two have teamed together to also give youa chance to win 50,000 bonus box tops for your school (a $5,000 value!). All you have to do is register at GrowingLocalLearning.com and join the sweepstakes.
For helping spread the word we are also able to have our own giveaway!
